Hemorrhoids: What causes their existence?

What Hemorrhoids are ;

All people are born with hemorrhoids. It is a vascular cluster (mainly veins), which are located behind the rectal mucosa just above the anus and are pear shaped. Their role is protective and helpful during voiding, while at rest they participate in the continence of the anal sphincter.

Hemorroidopathy: Hemorrhoidal disease is the disease of hemorrhoids and is due to pathological dilatation of the veins due to increased blood flow.

Symptoms of hemorroidopathy

Hemorrhoidopathy is a condition that always worsens. Actually there is no reversal of the disease, while incurable it is heading towards the final stage. The greater the stage of the disease, the more the patient suffers. Hemorrhoids are divided into 4 grades according to Goligher’s classification:

Grade 1 (G-I): Hemorrhoidal piles do not protrude from the anus but may clot (internally thrombosed) causing pain, or bleed.

Grade 2(G-II): Hemorrhoidal piles protrude from the anus during defecation and return after voiding ends ("spontaneous reduction"). They can both clot causing pain and bleeding.

Grade 3(G-III):Hemorrhoidal piles protrude from the anus during a bowel movement and do not return after voiding ends. The patient will have to push them back to their position (within the rectum) with the finger (“mechanical reduction"). They bleed and clot often, especially if they don't return back to the rectum.

4th Grade (G-IV): Permanent prolapse of hemorrhoidal piles. They can't be pushed back into rectum. Their exposure to the external environment causes profuse bleeding, as well as ulceration iInjury and perforation) of the mucosa.
